The process is two steps: power wash and spray application. There is no tear-off, no demolition, no heavy equipment on the roof, and no permits required in most cases. The coating forms a seamless waterproof membrane with no seams or joints, which is what makes it so effective at stopping leaks that traditional patching and repairs cannot solve permanently. A single application lasts 10 to 15 years, reduces roof surface temperatures by up to 50%, cuts cooling costs by up to 30%, and costs up to 50% less than a full roof replacement.
