  There's not many roofing contractors that do flat roofs, let alone specialize in flat roofing. Javier and team are clearly very experienced and knows their trade well. From start to finish, the experience was smooth. They were here when they said they would be and the work was immaculate. They paid attention to all the smallest of details(especially since my previous roofer did not do a good job, Javier and team fixed all those!). All the edges and corners are super clean and professionally finished. My home is now so much cooler and I don't need to worry about leaks anymore. Price was very reasonable given that they use high quality materials and lots of it!

  The roof on our building was in need of repair. We got two quotes from different companies, and we are so happy that we chose Javier Chavez and American High Tech Roofing.   In November, I found Javier's YouTube videos and we hired him to resurface our roof in Encino with the silicone product. By the end of the week we had a completely refreshed roof ahead of the December rain. Javier and his team did an outstanding job and I am very pleased with the results. I have attached before and after photos of our roof, I am very pleased with the results and since the work was completed we have complete peace of mind knowing we will know longer have the pesky leaks for many years to come.   Once again, Javier to the rescue. I was having a leak through my Hvac the the duct guy had said was an issue with the seal of the HVAC to the roof. Javier inspected and determined the issue was instead that the duct guy had not sealed the HVAC itself properly. At no cost to me, he sealed the HVAC for me on the spot as we were going to be experiencing heavy rain the next day. I will be calling on Javier next summer to reseal all of my rooftop ducts.   I am a homeowner with a flat roof and Javier from American High Tech Roof Coating coated my roof about 5 months ago. I was looking for 3 things: 1) lower my home's temperature, 2) increase waterproofing, and 3) increase the lifespan of my roof. Javier was great to work with. He is an expert in what he does and he provided me a lot of education about roof coating and advice about waterproofing in general. After living with my coated roof through the hot summer months, I can definitely say that the product delivers on lowering the temperature of my house as it reflects the sunlight (which also lowers my cooling bill). Although it hasn't rained much yet, I can tell that it has also increased waterproofing because even the nightly dew drips off much faster and efficiently down my rain gutters - no standing water on the flat roof. Time will tell if the lifespan of my roof is increased, but it definitely seems like it will - and coating your roof is much more cost effective than getting a new roof. I am a very satisfied customer and I highly recommend Javier and AHTRCI if you have a flat roof!

  I bought my house a year ago. The roof was replaced 5.5 years prior and was in a really good condition. Unfortunately the roof leaked 9 months after I bought the house. I started getting quotes from contractors to replace the roof, but one of the roofers told me that the roof didn't need replacement and that it made more sense to coat it instead. I started doing some research about roof coating and decided that it was perfect for my situation. I then searched online and found a few contractors for the roof coating and interviewed them, and I finally selected this company because of their good reviews, reasonable estimate, outstanding warranties, and their experience after being in this business for so long (their license is from 2010 which was the oldest among the contractors that I interviewed).
Javier finished the job on time and with excellent quality.

  Javier and his team are great. A couple years ago our HOA voted to coat the roof of our building (a condominium built in the 1980's with a history of terrible roof leaks). Since that silicon coating, our units stay warm and dry. We used to get 3-4 leaks all around our unit during the rainy season, but now we don't need to worry about the heavy rains. We had a very minor leak just recently with the last downpour and Javier came back to patch it for free. He and his team are friendly and work quickly! Highly recommended!
