  If you are looking for a very high quality job at a really good price - Javier is your guy.  He is a one or two man crew - so you have to respect that he is not always going to respond immediately as he is working every day on a roof.  That said, he communicated well - gave me an approximate start date, then let me know when my turn was coming. Showed up as promised and did the job extremely well and detail oriented.   The work was really well done.  No overspray.  No mess left.  No missed sealing details.  I am a few years in now - and the roof performs perfectly.  Hire this guy if you want a great value - be patient for your turn - he is in high demand - and enjoy the results - he is very conscientious.

  I bought my house a year ago. The roof was replaced 5.5 years prior and was in a really good condition. Unfortunately the roof leaked 9 months after I bought the house. I started getting quotes from contractors to replace the roof, but one of the roofers told me that the roof didn't need replacement and that it made more sense to coat it instead. I started doing some research about roof coating and decided that it was perfect for my situation. I then searched online and found a few contractors for the roof coating and interviewed them, and I finally selected this company because of their good reviews, reasonable estimate, outstanding warranties, and their experience after being in this business for so long (their license is from 2010 which was the oldest among the contractors that I interviewed).
Javier finished the job on time and with excellent quality.

I have dealt extensively over the years with numerous contractors for my properties and I can say unequivocally that Javier is the best there is. On time. Does what he says he is going to do. And does it with the agreed upon budget amount. He and his crew did an outstanding job applying silicon coating to the two roofs on the buildings on my property. Other contractors I had talked to about the job were not going to power wash the roof and then put a primer coat on first before applying the white silicon coating. Javier did all of this, before applying two coats of the white silicon. He and his team are professional, courteous, personable and did an outstanding job. Workmanship is what you expect and with Javier, it's what you get. During this past Holiday Season I discovered that I needed to make roof repairs ( and before the soon predicted rain )  -  I contacted Javier's company, and following a roof inspection and damage assessment, the roof repairs were made - shingles replaced  - necessary areas resealed, etc.  -  Project Completed at a Gold Standard level.  I now consider myself a customer of Javier's for life and will assuredly recommend Javier and his company to family and friends.

  Javier has been doing work for us for over two years. He has worked on 11 buildings and covered over 40,000 SF of roofing. Several of the roofs were challenging as we had to remove old equipment for multiple restaurants and Javier proved to be up to the task. He is easy to work with, flexible, efficient, and resourceful. We would recommend him to our friends and colleagues. We will continue to use him for future needs.

  I am a homeowner with a flat roof and Javier from American High Tech Roof Coating coated my roof about 5 months ago. I was looking for 3 things: 1) lower my home's temperature, 2) increase waterproofing, and 3) increase the lifespan of my roof. Javier was great to work with. He is an expert in what he does and he provided me a lot of education about roof coating and advice about waterproofing in general. After living with my coated roof through the hot summer months, I can definitely say that the product delivers on lowering the temperature of my house as it reflects the sunlight (which also  lowers my cooling bill). Although it hasn't rained much yet, I can tell that it has also increased waterproofing because even the nightly dew drips off much faster and efficiently down my rain gutters - no standing water on the flat roof. Time will tell if the lifespan of my roof is increased, but it definitely seems like it will - and coating your roof is much more cost effective than getting a new roof. I am a very satisfied customer and I highly recommend Javier and AHTRCI if you have a flat roof!
